Returns
At Lil Tracker Canada, our goal is to make sure every customer feels supported before and after purchase. If your device is not the right fit, or if something is not working as expected, please contact us before sending anything back.
Many setup, SIM card, app, charging, or GPS issues can be resolved with help from our support team. If a return is still the best option, we will provide a Return Authorization number and return instructions.
30-Day Return Policy
Lil Tracker devices may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, excluding our actual shipping costs.
Returned items should be sent back with all included packaging, accessories, and components. Products returned as new should be clean, complete, and free of visible marks, scratches, damage, or signs of wear.
Unused months on Lil Tracker data plans may also be refundable when the return is approved and the device is returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Grace Period
Returns received within the 30-day return period are eligible for a refund, excluding our actual shipping costs.
There is a five-day grace period after the initial 30 days. Returns received during this grace period may still be accepted but are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns received more than 35 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email our support team before mailing anything back:

Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order, if you do not have the order number
- The items you wish to return
- A brief explanation of the reason for the return
Return Authorization Required
Please do not mail your return without first receiving a Return Authorization number, also called an RA number.
Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide your RA number and return instructions. Please include the RA number on or inside the package so your return can be identified and processed correctly.
Approved return requests may be cancelled if the returned items are not sent back within 14 days from the date the RA number is issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise confirmed by Lil Tracker Canada.
We recommend shipping your return with tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance. Lil Tracker is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds can only be processed for packages that are confirmed as delivered to our designated return address.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for the return to be reviewed and processed.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
Some items may not be eligible for refund depending on the condition of the return, the type of product, or whether the item has been used, damaged, or activated.
Examples may include:
- Items returned after the eligible return period
- Devices with physical damage, water damage, visible wear, or missing components
- Items returned without required packaging or accessories
- Used or activated SIM cards, except for refundable unused plan months when applicable
- Items mailed back without return authorization
