Returns
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. You can return your Lil Tracker within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, excluding our actual shipping costs. If you're dissatisfied, simply contact us at support@liltracker.ca to request an RA# (Return Authorization Number) and return instructions.
You can return the device for a full refund (excluding our actual shipping costs). Unused months on data plans are also refundable when returned within thirty days from the delivery date.
We kindly request that you return the Lil Tracker, along with all packaging, in fully intact and unblemished condition.
For returns received within the 30-day period, you'll be eligible for a full refund. There's also a 5-day grace period beyond the initial 30 days, during which returns will still be accepted but are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns received after 35 days are unfortunately not eligible for a refund.
To start the return process, please email us at support@liltracker.ca, providing the following information:
- Order Number
- The email address used for placing the order.
- Details of the items you wish to return.
Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with an RA# and the return instructions to return the product and packaging. Please ensure that you include the RA# on the package. We recommend shipping your return with insurance and delivery confirmation/full tracking. Please be advised that Lil Tracker assumes no responsibility for any loss incurred during the return shipment, and refunds will only be processed for packages that are confirmed to have been delivered to our designated return address. Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process returns.
To prevent backlogs, approved return requests will be automatically cancelled if the returned items are not sent back to us within 14 days from the date the RA# is issued.
