At Lil Tracker Canada, we stand behind our GPS watches and tracking devices and want every customer to feel confident with their purchase. Our product warranty is designed to protect you if your device develops a manufacturer defect during the warranty period.

If something is not working as expected, please contact us before sending anything back. In many cases, our support team can help resolve the issue through troubleshooting, setup adjustments, SIM card checks, app settings, or replacement parts.

Standard Warranty Coverage

New Lil Tracker GPS watches and tracking devices include a one-year limited warranty from the original purchase date.

This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. If your device is confirmed to have a covered defect, Lil Tracker may repair or replace the device at our discretion.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and may require proof of purchase, inspection, photos, videos, troubleshooting, or return authorization before a repair or replacement is approved.

Open-Box Warranty Coverage

Open-box devices include a six-month limited warranty from the purchase date unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

The Lil Tracker warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Examples of issues not covered under warranty include:

  • Physical damage, including cracked screens, broken charging ports, damaged buttons, or damaged casing
  • Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or signs of impact
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Damage caused by using the wrong charger, cable, SIM card, adapter, or accessory
  • Damage caused by improper SIM card insertion or removal
  • Lost or stolen devices
  • Battery performance that has declined due to age, charging habits, or normal use
  • Issues caused by mobile network coverage, carrier service, SIM card activation, expired plans, or incorrect APN settings

Before Opening a Warranty Claim

Many issues can be resolved without replacing the device. Before approving a warranty repair or replacement, our team may ask you to complete basic troubleshooting steps.

Depending on the issue, this may include checking the charging cable, cleaning the charging contacts, confirming SIM card activation, reviewing APN settings, testing the device outdoors for GPS signal, updating app settings, or sending photos of the watch status screen.

This helps us determine whether the problem is caused by the device itself, the SIM card, the mobile network, app settings, charging accessories, or setup.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order, if you do not have the order number
  • Your current shipping address
  • The product name and colour
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Photos of the front and back of the device
  • Short videos or screenshots, if they help show the issue

Returns for Warranty Inspection

Please do not mail a device back without contacting us first. Warranty returns, repairs, or exchanges may require a Return Authorization number and specific return instructions.

If a return is required, we will provide the correct return instructions after reviewing your claim.

Warranty Decisions

Lil Tracker reserves the right to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace, or decline warranty claims based on the details of each case.

Our goal is always to resolve legitimate warranty issues as quickly and fairly as possible while keeping the process practical and consistent for all customers.
