At Lil Tracker, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship our GPS tracker watches for kids, GPS pendants, and senior smartwatches.

This site ships within Canada. For all other countries, please order at LilTracker.com.

Shipping Carriers

We use a combination of Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator to deliver orders throughout Canada. Our team selects the most reliable and efficient option for your region.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Processing includes SIM card installation (if purchased), charging, device testing, and packaging to ensure your Lil Tracker GPS smartwatch or pendant is ready to use out of the box.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping – reliable, cost-effective, and fully trackable.
  • Express Shipping – faster transit times with detailed tracking updates.

For lower-cost accessories (such as replacement watch bands or buckles), we may also offer a letter mail option. This appears only for small accessories, and please note:

  • Letter mail does not include tracking.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Expectations

  • The shipping date shown at checkout is the dispatch date — the day your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Delivery time is additional and depends on the carrier and shipping method you select.
  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier, calculated from the shipping date (not the order date).
  • While most packages arrive on schedule, once the package is with the carrier, delivery time is outside of our control.
