These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of LilTracker.ca, purchases made from Lil Tracker Canada, and related products and services, including GPS smartwatches, GPS tracker watches, Bluetooth trackers, accessories, SIM card plans, the Lil Tracker GPS app, the Lil Tracker Bluetooth tracker app, mobile apps, GPS location tracking, Bluetooth tracking features, customer support, shipping, returns, and warranty service.
By visiting our website, placing an order, using a Lil Tracker device, app, or related service, purchasing or renewing a SIM card plan, or contacting us for service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Canadian Website
LilTracker.ca is intended for customers in Canada. If you are located outside Canada, please visit our international website at www.liltracker.com.
Orders placed on LilTracker.ca are handled through Lil Tracker Canada and are subject to the terms, policies, shipping options, return process, and support procedures shown on this Canadian website.
Products and Services
Lil Tracker Canada sells GPS watches, GPS tracking devices, Bluetooth trackers, accessories, SIM cards, SIM card plans, and related services. Product features may vary by model, software version, app settings, SIM card status, mobile network coverage, carrier compatibility, device condition, and customer setup.
Product descriptions, images, specifications, colours, accessories, software features, app screens, and availability may change over time. We do our best to keep product information accurate, but minor differences may occur.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. Orders are subject to payment authorization, fraud review, product availability, and acceptance by Lil Tracker Canada.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any selected services or accessories may be added at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is a pricing error, inventory issue, payment problem, suspected fraud, shipping restriction, or other reasonable business concern.
Shipping
Orders placed on LilTracker.ca are shipped from within Canada. Shipping options, processing times, delivery estimates, carrier availability, and tracking details are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Lil Tracker Canada is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided at checkout.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Returns page. Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns may require a Return Authorization number and specific return instructions.
Items returned without authorization, outside the eligible return period, missing required components, or showing damage, visible wear, or signs of use may not be eligible for refund.
Warranty
Product warranty coverage is described in our Product Warranty page. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturer defects during the applicable warranty period and may require troubleshooting, photos, videos, inspection, or return authorization before a repair or replacement is approved.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, water or moisture exposure, physical damage, cosmetic damage, unauthorized modification, improper charging, incorrect accessories, improper SIM card handling, or normal wear and tear.
SIM Cards and Mobile Service
Some Lil Tracker devices require an active SIM card and compatible mobile network service to support calling, messaging, GPS updates, app communication, and other connected features.
Lil Tracker Canada may offer SIM cards and SIM card plans. Plan features, pricing, included data, SMS, voice minutes, renewal terms, activation timing, reactivation rules, roaming options, and overage handling may vary by plan and may change over time.
Mobile service depends on carrier coverage, network availability, signal strength, device compatibility, SIM activation, APN settings, account status, and proper setup. Lil Tracker Canada is not responsible for outages, coverage gaps, carrier restrictions, network changes, or service limitations outside our direct control.
Apps and Device Setup
Lil Tracker devices may require use of the Lil Tracker GPS app, the LilTracker Bluetooth tracker app, or related mobile app services. App features may depend on device model, phone compatibility, operating system version, app permissions, location permissions, notification settings, Bluetooth settings, mobile data, Wi-Fi, and account configuration.
Customers are responsible for following setup instructions, maintaining app access, keeping contact information current, managing authorized users, and ensuring that permissions and settings are configured appropriately for the intended use.
Location Tracking and Safety Features
Lil Tracker products are designed to assist with safety, communication, and location awareness. Features may include GPS location tracking, Bluetooth tracking, geofencing, SOS alerts, two-way calling, voice messaging, fall alerts, reminders, or caregiver access, depending on the product and service used.
Location-based services may not always be accurate, current, or available. GPS, Wi-Fi, cellular, Bluetooth, app, and network-based location can be affected by buildings, indoor use, weather, device battery level, signal strength, app settings, carrier service, phone permissions, and other technical conditions.
Lil Tracker products are helpful safety tools, but they are not a substitute for emergency services, direct supervision, caregiver judgment, medical care, or regular contact with the person using the device.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for using Lil Tracker products and services lawfully, safely, and in accordance with instructions. This includes setting up the device correctly, charging it regularly, testing it periodically, maintaining active service where required, managing app permissions, and using appropriate settings for the person wearing or carrying the device.
Customers are also responsible for obtaining any required consent from the person using the device or from a parent, guardian, caregiver, or authorized decision-maker where applicable.
You agree not to misuse, modify, reverse engineer, tamper with, resell, transfer, interfere with, or use Lil Tracker products or services in a way that violates law, privacy rights, safety rules, intellectual property rights, network rules, or these Terms and Conditions.
Product Care
Customers are responsible for reasonable care of their devices and accessories. This includes using the correct charger, avoiding water or moisture exposure beyond the product’s stated protection level, keeping charging contacts clean, inserting SIM cards properly, avoiding impact damage, and following setup and care instructions.
Improper care, physical damage, water damage, unauthorized repair, incorrect charging accessories, or misuse may affect product performance and may void warranty eligibility.
Third-Party Services
Lil Tracker products and services may depend on third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, mobile carriers, SIM service providers, app stores, cloud platforms, GPS, Bluetooth, mapping, messaging, analytics, and customer support tools.
We are not responsible for delays, outages, errors, policy changes, service limitations, coverage problems, app store issues, carrier restrictions, or other acts or omissions of third-party providers.
Privacy
Our collection, use, and handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using Lil Tracker products, apps, website, SIM services, or customer support, you also agree to the privacy practices described there.
Intellectual Property
Lil Tracker names, logos, product names, website content, images, text, graphics, designs, software, app content, guides, videos, support materials, and related materials are owned by Lil Tracker or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use our intellectual property without written permission, except for normal personal use of our products, website, instructions, and services.
Reviews, Feedback, and Suggestions
If you provide reviews, testimonials, feedback, suggestions, photos, videos, or comments about Lil Tracker products or services, you allow Lil Tracker Canada to use that feedback to improve products, assist customers, and promote our business, unless otherwise restricted by law or agreed in writing.
Please do not submit confidential, private, or sensitive information in public reviews or testimonials.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lil Tracker Canada is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on our products, apps, website, SIM services, tracking features, support, or related services.
Lil Tracker Canada does not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact location accuracy, continuous GPS availability, cellular coverage, Bluetooth range, app availability, immediate alerts, emergency response, or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
Indemnity
You agree to use Lil Tracker products and services responsibly and to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the products or services, unlawful use, unauthorized tracking, failure to obtain proper consent, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or violation of another person’s rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, policies, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.
The updated version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of LilTracker.ca, Lil Tracker products, apps, SIM services, or customer support after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
