Our customers love our products, and we want to make sure that never changes! That’s why we proudly offer our hassle-free One-Year Warranty, safeguarding all our GPS tracking devices against manufacturer's defects. Within one year from your purchase date, we will, at our cost, repair or replace any defective device.
Please note that our open-box units come with a six-month warranty. It's also important to be aware that physical, cosmetic, and water damage fall outside the scope of our warranty coverage.
Making a claim is as straightforward as sending an email to, describing the issue and attaching a few photos for our reference.

While we reserve the right to exercise discretion in handling warranty claims, primarily to prevent misuse of our policies, we strive to ensure you receive a repaired or replaced Lil Tracker quickly, under almost all circumstances.

To open your warranty claim, please email and provide the following information:

  • Order#
  • Current shipping address
  • Product name and colour
  • Explanation of the problem

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. You can return your Lil Tracker within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, excluding our actual shipping costs. If you're dissatisfied, simply contact us at to request an RA# (Return Authorization Number) and return instructions.

You can return the device for a full refund (excluding our actual shipping costs). Unused months on data plans are also refundable when returned within thirty days from the delivery date.

Please note that installation and configuration fees, as well as accessories, open-box units, and devices used outside of Canada, are non-refundable.

For returns received within the 30-day period, you'll be eligible for a full refund. There's also a 5-day grace period beyond the initial 30 days, during which returns will still be accepted but are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns received after 35 days are unfortunately not eligible for a refund.

 To start the return process, email with:

  • Order #
  • Email address used for the order
  • Details of the items you wish to return

Once we receive your request, we'll provide an RA# and return instructions. Remember to include the RA# on the package. Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process returns.

To prevent backlogs, approved return requests will be automatically cancelled if the returned items are not sent back to us within 14 days from the date the RA# is issued.
