A Canadian SIM plan for Lil Tracker and compatible 4G/LTE GPS watches and safety devices. This plan is best for families and caregivers who want GPS tracking, app alerts, app chat, regular safety monitoring, and limited voice minutes for regular phone calls.

Voice minutes are used for regular phone calls to and from the watch. App chat, recorded voice messages through the app, location updates, geofence alerts, SOS alerts, settings changes, and most regular app features use data instead.
Choose this plan if you want the watch to make and receive regular phone calls in addition to GPS tracking, app alerts, app chat, voice messages through the app, geofencing, SOS alerts, and normal safety monitoring.
If calling is not important, our Data Only plan is usually the better choice.
Yes. For normal GPS watch use, 60 MB per month is usually more than enough. Lil Tracker devices use small amounts of data for location updates, app messages, alerts, occasional photos, and settings changes. They do not use data like smartphones.
Average users are typically around 20 MB per month. Heavier users who exchange daily messages and send a few photos per week are usually around 30 to 40 MB per month.
You will receive an automated alert if your SIM reaches 80% of its monthly data allowance. Reaching that level is uncommon with normal watch use. If you receive that alert, contact us and we’ll help review the usage.

All plans include 20 SMS messages per month. These are mainly used for alerts and system messages, such as low-battery alerts or SOS-related notifications. For everyday communication, most families use the Lil Tracker app chat feature, which supports app messages, recorded voice messages, and emojis.
Our SIM cards are designed for Lil Tracker GPS devices and many similar unlocked 4G GPS watches. Compatibility with non-Lil Tracker devices can vary, so if you are using another brand, please confirm that your device is unlocked and supports compatible Canadian 4G/LTE service before ordering.
Lil Tracker SIM cards are intended for use with compatible GPS watches, smartwatches, GPS trackers, and safety devices only. They are not intended for use in regular mobile phones, tablets, hotspots, routers, or other high-data devices. Using the SIM card in an unsupported or unauthorized device may result in additional fees, service interruption, or deactivation.
All plans are Canada-wide plans and do not include international roaming unless roaming is added separately. If the SIM card is used outside Canada without an active roaming package, additional roaming charges may apply and service may be paused or the SIM may be deactivated to prevent unexpected charges.
Data usage over the included 60 MB per month may be billed at $0.65 per additional MB. SMS messages over the included 20 SMS messages per month may be billed at $0.15 per additional SMS message, whether sent or received. Voice usage over the included monthly voice allowance may be billed at $0.50 per additional minute. Data usage is rounded up to the nearest MB. Voice usage is rounded up to the nearest minute.
To help prevent unexpected charges, we may temporarily pause or deactivate a SIM card if usage appears unusually high, if roaming charges are being incurred, or if the SIM card is used in an unsupported device. If this happens, contact us and we’ll help review the usage and recommend the best next step.
Most customers do not need SIM installation. Your SIM card will arrive with setup instructions, and installation only takes a few minutes.
Optional SIM installation is available if you would prefer us to install and test the SIM before shipping. If we install the SIM before shipping, the plan may begin before shipment because the SIM must be activated and configured in the watch.
If you are buying early for a birthday, holiday, or gift, add a note at checkout with your preferred activation date and we’ll do our best to schedule activation closer to that date.
