Choosing the Right SIM Plan or Add-on

Lil Tracker SIM plans keep GPS watches and pendants connected to the mobile network so they can send GPS updates, support app messaging, receive app commands, use SOS alerts, and stay connected when away from Wi-Fi.

For new devices, choose a SIM plan that matches how the watch or pendant will be used. Voice plans are useful when the wearer needs two-way calling, SOS calling, or Remote Monitoring features. Data-only plans may be enough when the main goal is app connectivity, GPS updates, app messaging, and monitoring.

For renewals, customers do not need to enter the SIM phone number. The email address is used to match the renewal to the correct SIM card, so please use the same email address associated with the SIM plan whenever possible.
