Already have a Lil Tracker SIM card? Use this page to renew your existing SIM plan.
Your renewal will be matched using the email address on your order, so please use the same email address connected to your original Lil Tracker SIM plan whenever possible.
Renew Early Without Losing Time
Your new plan will be loaded onto your current SIM card and will begin seamlessly once your existing plan expires. You are not penalized for renewing early.
Need a New SIM Card?
Renewal plans do not include a new SIM card. If you do not already have a Lil Tracker SIM card, please order a new SIM card and data plan instead.

Once your renewal is processed, the new plan is applied to the Lil Tracker SIM card already inside your watch.

Available in 3, 6, and 12 month renewal options.
Does not include regular phone calls, SOS calls, auto-answer calling, or Remote Monitoring/listen-in.

Choose this option if your original plan included voice service or if you want calling features going forward.

1. Use the correct email address.
Please use the same email address connected to your original Lil Tracker SIM plan whenever possible. This helps us match the renewal to the correct SIM card.
2. Keep your current SIM card.
A renewal does not include a new SIM card. The new plan is loaded onto the Lil Tracker SIM card already inside your watch.
3. Renew early without losing time.
If your current plan is still active, your renewal will begin after the current plan expires. This keeps your service continuous and ensures you do not lose any unused time.
4. Renewal processing and confirmation.
Renewals are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email from liltrackermobile@liltracker.ca confirming the renewal details and your new plan expiration date.
Renewing more than one SIM card?
You can simply purchase one renewal plan for each SIM card. If the SIM cards do not expire at the same time, we will apply the renewal to the SIM card that expires soonest first.
Not Sure Which Renewal to Choose?
If your current plan works well for your needs, we recommend choosing the same plan type again. If you want phone calls, SOS calls, auto-answer calling, or Remote Monitoring/listen-in, choose a renewal with voice.
